JWW is a partner of the Real Estate Developer Forum 2024
As in previous editions, this year we also participated in the Real Estate Developer Forum as a partner. After Szczyrk and Kraków, it was time for Warsaw. This event is attended not only by developers, but also by representatives of intermediate industries. We couldn’t miss it!
The real estate industry is an extremely dynamic sector in which new trends, technologies and legal regulations are constantly emerging. That is why the Real Estate Developer Forum is an excellent opportunity to update knowledge about customer preferences, the latest achievements, solutions and trends in the industry, as well as listen to market analyzes and forecasts regarding the future of the construction sector.
Participants were treated to a wide range of expert presentations and workshops conducted by experienced industry representatives. The organizers also took care of thematic panels encouraging interesting discussions, including: on the topic “Reservation agreement and principles of operation of the Developer Guarantee Fund” or “Revolution on the Housing Market: Analysis of the Effects of the 2% Loan Program for Developers”.
The Developer Forum is also valuable networking. It is a space to establish contacts with other developers, industry experts, representatives of technology companies and potential contractors.
The special guest of the event was Professor Waldemar Rogowski, Director of the risk and corporate clients departments of leading financial institutions. He prepared a speech on “Quo Vadis housing loan market” for the participants of the Developer Forum.
JWW’s partnership with the Real Estate Developer Forum is a great distinction.
It allows us to better understand the specific nature of the business and the unique challenges that developers encounter on a daily basis.
As a committed partner, we can provide personalized and effective accounting services!
