New form templates NIP-2, NIP-7, NIP-8 i ZAP-3
In Dziennik Ustaw (Journal of Laws) a regulation concerning changes in the application forms of identification was published as well as modifications to update forms and supplementary data forms. The changes refer to forms of NIP-2, NIP-7, NIP-8 and ZAP-3. The modifications include, among others, supplementing data relating to accounts with an additional box for indicating currency.
As of September 1, 2021, new modified forms will be introduced:
- NIP-2 identification/update application form of a legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, who is a taxpayer or payer,
- NIP-7 identification/update application form of a natural person who is a taxpayer or payer,
- NIP-8 identification/update application form with regard to supplementary data,
- ZAP-3 update application form of a natural person who is a taxpayer.

The deadline for using the current template forms is set for December 31, 2021. Starting with January 1, 2022 it will be necessary to use the new versions.
