JWW as a partner of Real Estate Forum
On April 22, 2023, as a strategic partner of the event, we once again participated in the Real Estate Forum. This is an event attended not only by developers, but also representatives of intermediate industries. This time we met in Krakow.
Recently, the development industry has been particularly affected by the dynamics of economic and economic changes. Inflation, a decrease in interest in buying real estate are just examples of factors that influenced this business. That is why the Real Estate Forum creates an ideal space for representatives of the industry to exchange observations on its current and future dimension. The organizers have prepared a wide range of presentations, workshops and educational sessions conducted by experienced professionals. Thematic panels were prepared for the participants, e.g. on “Equity puzzles, i.e. putting together a strategic plan for financing projects in the real estate sector”, or “Key decisions for achieving optimal profit, i.e. optimization of a development project at the design stage”.
The Developer Forum is also valuable networking. It is a space to establish contacts with other developers, industry experts, representatives of technology companies and potential contractors.
The special guest of the event was Mateusz Kusznierewicz, a sailor, Olympic champion, world champion, who prepared a speech for the participants: How to navigate a business during a storm and in constantly changing conditions?
We are glad that we can be a partner of such an important event. This helps us to better understand the challenges of the development industry and support our clients.
